2. Featuring a stronger single-casing construction, all wetted parts are made of highly wear-resistant metals and elastomers. 
3. The pump offers multiple bearing assembly configurations, diverse sealing options, and supports both belt drive and direct drive connection.
4. Rotation is clockwise from the drive end, and the discharge outlet can be positioned in any of eight adjustable angles for flexible installation adaptability.

2. Double Casing Structural Design: The pump utilizes a dual-casing construction, where both the pump casing and cover are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant liners. These liners, including those for the impeller, casing, and cover & frame plate liner insert , can be utilized until fully worn through, significantly extending equipment maintenance cycles and reducing overall replacement costs.
3. Various Wetted Parts Material Options: The wetted parts can be made of high-chrome materials or rubber materials, both offering excellent wear resistance. This versatility makes them suitable for pumping slurries with large, extremely hard particles as well as fine, corrosive particles with low hardness. Bearing Assembly

A variety of bracket types can be freely selected based on on-site conditions, including grease-lubricated bearing assemblies, oil-lubricated bearing assemblies, and external oil-lubricated bearing assemblies. Both the grease and lubricating oil used meet the standards of American, European, Australian, Japanese, and Chinese grades. All bearing assemblies are manufactured using Delin's advanced processing technology to ensure smooth installation. The design of a short overhang and large-diameter shaft minimizes deviations, thereby extending the service life of the bearings.

The intelligent bearing lubrication and cooling system delivers stable and sufficient cooled lubrication to bearing assembly of various large size solid pumps (such as slurry pumps, sewage pumps, and dredging pumps), effectively extending bearing service life while ensuring stable and safe pump operation.

Drive Types

Standard accessories can be selected based on specific working conditions, and custom designs are available to accommodate actual site dimensions. A variety of materials are offered for selection, with full coverage protection for the transmission section achievable.

Sealing Types

1. Gland seal: suitable for all kinds of working conditions, need high pressure water flushing, easy to replace

2. Expeller Lip Seal:Expeller features a simple structure requiring no complex machining. The lip seal utilizes standard components with compact size and light weight. Replacement can be performed without disassembling major components, delivering higher maintenance efficiency compared to mechanical seals.

3. Expeller & Gland  Seal:The expeller rotates synchronously with the pump shaft without requiring an external power source. It achieves sealing solely through centrifugal force, making it more energy-efficient compared to mechanical seals that require external flushing systems.

4. Mechanical Seal: Advanced international sealing technology providing leak-free performance. The cartridge-type design enables easy installation and replacement, with various configurations available to suit different operating conditions. The friction pair (stationary ring & rotating ring)  utilizes high-hardness ceramics and alloy materials, while the mechanical seal and seal chamber are engineered to match media flow state, delivering exceptional abrasion resistance and vibration tolerance. This ensures reliable sealing performance even under the most severe conditions.
