Product Overview

The DMC series Mill circuit duty slurry pump developed by Delin is a single-stage, single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump. It is applicable for feeding mine cyclones and can be widely used in industries, such like tailings transportation, coal handling and dredging, etc. It has the characteristics of large flowrate, wide flow channel, it offers a broad flow range for the same model, ensuring high efficiency and energy conservation. With a compact structure. Key technical highlights include impellers with large diameters, low rotation speeds for high efficiency; pump casings with wide flow passage and low flow velocities; cover and frame plate liner inserts with adjustable clearances; stuffing boxes are easy for assembly and disassembly; pump head can be assembled as a whole, customized designs; and availability of various material options to suit different working conditions.

The outlet direction of the reversible casing is counterclockwise when viewed from the inlet side (standard type), or clockwise when viewed from the inlet side (as per order requirements).The clockwise outlet direction (when viewed from the inlet side) provides greater flexibility for plant layout designers.Only clockwise-rotating impellers and shafts are required as additional components for the direction conversion. 
 

This structure is generally selected for bearing assembly smaller than 2000 kW.

The driving end is composed of one or two cylindrical roller bearings, and the impeller end is composed of a double-row tapered roller bearing, which bears axial force. Lubrication methods are grease lubrication or oil lubrication.

 

For a general structure larger than 2000KW Bearing assembly, the thrust bearing bears the axial force. Lubrication is forced oil lubrication.

When the bearing capacity is relatively large, a three-disk bearings are adopted, in which the self-aligning thrust bearing is only used to bear the axial force, not the radial force. Lubrication can adopt forced lubrication or an external cooling system.
