General

Type DG dredge pump is a new type of dredge pump developed by our company for river course, reservoir desilting, coastal reclamation stretched, deep-sea mining. We cooperate with foreign advanced design institutes, using advanced design methods and computer aided design software to develop and design the pump which is on the basement of research the advanced foreign manufacturers and service condition of dredge pump used at home and abroad, also visited some domestic and overseas famous ship design institutes to have a statistical analysis on the structure of dredge pump.

The type of dredge pump has features in advanced performance, reasonable structure, easy maintenance and long wear life and it can completely meet the requirement of dredge pump.

Model Implication

Construction Features

This type of pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, horizontal structure. The dredge pump structure is divided into two kinds of structures according to the size of pressure discharging, i.e. single and double pump casing: According to the driving type, it can be divided into two kinds of typical structures, one type is with self-bracket, another type is pump and gearbox together (i.e., gear box, pump as a whole). Self-bracket type lubrication type has two types of lubrication, grease or oil lubrication.

Double pump casing dredge pump design is safety and has a high reliability. When the volute liner (inner) is nearly worn out, and the volute liner (inner) is broken, pump room will not leak.

Single pumping casing dredge pump has a light weight, small volume. This series of dredge pump can be worked underwater, submerged depth can meet different application requirements. Adopt famous domestic and foreign brand bearings to ensure long time work without trouble.

Type DG dredge pump adopts front dismantling structure for disassembling easily, facilitating maintenance. Equipped with special disassembling tools to facilitate dismantling according to the structure characteristics of every part and component at the same time. Impeller and shaft adopt a standard thread connection, and there is a release collar for convenient disassembling of the impeller.
